DIRECTIONS To make 1 cup of mud, mix 4 tablespoons powder to 180ml milk, whisk together then heat in saucepan while stirring until it thickens. Be careful not to burn. To make 2 cups use 8 tablespoons powder to 360ml milk and so on. A 125g packet will make 4 cups of this delicious European style hot chocolate.
